Boom De Ya Da, Boom De Ya Da, Boom De Ya Da,……….
Now that I’ve got that out of my system… on with the rest of this post.
I just ran across this commercial like two days ago on youtube of course… I’ve had the tune of it stuck in my head since… It’s little bits like this that make me remember quality commercials, and the time, effort, and creativity that goes into them… not to mention the ephemeral “it”-ness of a spot. It’s that quality that, from my perspective seems to be so intangible and hard to define, what I mean of course is that some commercials, shorts, whatever are just done in such a way that they just stick and become they’re own entity… whether they grow to a life of their own or they just stick in your head. I’m sure I’m going somewhere with this, maybe I’ll come back and get somewhere with this post. lol.
